48a8f431fa Move several property queries to Properties class 
bug:17478770

This removes a lot of redundant property query code, and puts the
queries all in one place, so defining them automatically will be simpler
in the future.

62b63a02d7 Rewrite QS customizer 
Instead of custom draginess, use RecyclerView with a GridLayoutManager.

Still needs a bit of work, but the overall feel is significantly better
than before.

decd9ea263 IntentForwarderActivity shouldn't crash if intent has no action. 
Also don't crash when receiving a chooser intent with no
extra initial intent.
