d23b3e88a4 Replace '%g' by '%f' as printf format
For some reason, '%g' does not work correctly with MinGW.

a47848f304 Detect Windows using _WIN32 in network util
For consistency, always use _WIN32 instead of a mix of __WINDOWS__ and
_WIN32.
