f2565a8b48 Volume: Make VolumeUI startup configurable. 
Can now disable the default volume dialog in SystemUI with

5fc3863655 Fix build breakage because missing API methods. 
Add new API methods for PhoneAccount. This is because PhoneAccount
recently became public in mr1, but not in sprout.

d359952459 Use one method to change bounds in ChangeBounds.

Instead of calling setLeft(), setTop(), setRight(), setBottom()
separately, make one call that does all at the same time.

45e50e99cd Set copies to one when saving to PDF. 
One can save only one copy to PDF. Showing more that one copy when saving
to PDF enven in a disabled input box is confusing to the user. We now set
the copies to one when the PDF printer is selected.
