aa9b3e6879 Word the section about libc++ more strongly. 
The libc++ support is still pretty awful. We need to make it clear that
this is something people should only be using if they are confident in
their testing.

The test details are out of date (and I don't believe they were ever
correct), and always will be since this is under active development.
Drop the specifics and just list some big KIs. Also mention that users
should check the changelog for other KIs.

a6a568d2ea docs: Fixed "APK signature scheme v2" link in N API Overview. 
The link in the TOC of the "Android N for Developers" page now
navigates readers to "APK signature scheme v2" properly.

3164a7264f Clarified how to regenerate debug.keystore 
Clarified that you must both build and run to regenerate a
missing/expired debug.keystore file (have tested that this fix works
on Linux and Mac), removed information about troubleshooting for
non-Gregorian calendars because the original issue has been marked as
outdated and is no longer a problem.

422ac4ebbd docs: Updated link, wording associated with data-sharing IPC. 
A paragraph under the "Requesting Permissions" section of the
"Security Tips" page discusses the complications associated with
sharing data over inter-process communication (IPC) when the clients
involved have different permission settings. This paragraph now
includes a working link and clearer wording to describe the concept.

59daf3559d Remove obsolete note about libatomic. 
There's only one GCC in any given NDK release, and it always has
libatomic.

e2ff842e2b Remove an obsolete paragraph. 
We don't maintain such a list any more, as the tests are now run by the
actually libc++ test runner. Furthermore, we don't ship the tests as
part of the NDK starting with r11.
