8f6e53f88a docs: Removing ACTION_OPEN_EXTERNAL_DIRECTORY from preview docs 
ACTION_OPEN_EXTERNAL_DIRECTORY was formerly a new Intent in N
that was used to make a Scoped Directory Access request, however
it was removed and encapsulated into a new StorageVolume class.
Since the Intent no longer exists, I'm removing it completely
from the Permissions Changes section of the Behavior Changes page.

I've also grep'd through the rest of the preview docs for
ACTION_OPEN_EXTERNAL_DIRECTORY and did not find any other mention
of it that needed to be removed.

Preview stage specified in CL comment.

ddc288a505 docs: Removing reference to OpenJDK 8 
P0 bug, so I'm going to go ahead and submit the fix, *then* run my
test build (so we don't delay in getting the built version). We should
be able to see if I broke something before we push the fix live.

9b21857dd8 docs: Fixes to N Preview API overview 
Many HTML problems (bad links, non-escaped < and &, unclosed blocks);
fixing the ones I saw. We should give this a more thorough scrubbing.

Also removed spurious link to (non-existent) "Testing with Just in
Time" section.

404c1bf6cc docs: Quick fix to remove movie name from Notifications pix 
Screenshots referred to a movie title, needed to remove that ASAP.

all that important.
