82de1aecd1 Fix issue #3083761: windowSoftInputMode="adjustPan" ignored on stingray 
The code for the new always-there status bar was a bit too brute-force,
and also impacting things like the IME.  We now implement this by
actually having an explicit concept of "display size" that the status bar
can carve out from everyone else.

767dbefbe0 Fixes "open pages in overview" option. 
This option was disabled when doing fixed viewport.
This is fixed with the intention to show at least overview scale,
 which will be also fine with phone.

Avoid resetting the debounce timer for automatic brightness if a new light event
is received that agrees with the direction of change of the previous event(s).

7e6bf6ff0f Rename some variable to make it clear what data is being stored. 
The object that carries drawing data between WebViewCore and WebView
uses ambiguous variable names that do not fully convey the meaning
of the values.  This change updates those names to make it clear to
the reader what the intention of those values is.

120a459485 Drop all dispatcher state when dispatcher is disabled. 
This patch makes the dispatcher drop all of its state when it is
disabled (when the screen turns off).  This ensures that the dispatcher
does not get stuck thinking a pointer is still down if the screen
turned off while the user was touching the display (such as a fat touch
while hitting the power button).

65dc3974a1 Fix the layoutlib_bridge .classpath to not use the full layoutlib 
Instead this uses the actual output of layoutlib_create, which is
all the modified classes before the content of the bridge is added
to form layoutlib.

e031ba8d20 really fix [3118445] Transform * Transform does not work as expected 
Two bugs were counter acting each other.
- rotation matrices are on the left-hand side of multiplies
- the transform of the overlay is applied before that of the layer

e829fef639 Add facility for broadcasts receives to do work asynchronously. 
You can now call goAsync() and move your work to a background thread.
If you are that kind of receiver.  You weirdo.

Also allows SharedPreferences.apply() to be committed off the main
thread after returning from onReceive().
