4bbca889df Expose TTS engine API 
This is a new API for writing text-to-speech engines.
The existing API for apps that use TTS remains the same,
with some minor additions.

2738fb1cb1 - Add instrumentation utility to automate rs performance tests: 
The RsBench test activity can be launched within instrumentation

- Provide parameter to control test run:
  set the maximum number of loops from test runner,
  the script will send out a message after the test loops exceeds the maxium number

740bf2bb2e Apply shaders/filters to text drop shadows.

This change also fixes the fact that shaders were not modulated
by the paint's color when drawing paths.

e1c6ff4b91 Make setGradientCenter/Radius work. 
The previous implementation would not rebuild the gradient shader
when programmatically changing the shader's properties. Also fixes
the documentation since the gradient center does affect linear
gradients.
