This change allows to use this header with the NDK's standalone toolchain.
For the record, the NDK toolchain defines __ANDROID__ as a compiler built-in
macro, this is however not the case currently for the prebuilt binaries that
are being used by the full Android build system, which otherwise defines ANDROID.
This change allows the header to be used by all toolchains properly. Note however
that we should properly should change our toolchain and sources to provide and
rely on __ANDROID__ instead of ANDROID though.

- We only support 0, 90, 180, and 270 degree clockwise rotation
- Some players are known to ignore composition matrix in the MP4 file,
although this is part of the MP4 file standard.
Both QT and YT are supporting the rotation

versionCode and mVersionName were added recently but ps.pkg can be null
in some situations. Move them to where it will check before
dereferencing it.

request a layout when asking the transparent region to be recomputed, without this
it may never happen, since the transparent region is only calculated during layout.
this also fixes an issue where some fullscreen apps will run slower than expected
because their transparent region is never processed.

Add a method to the test utils which waits to accept a bonding request from
another device. This is identical to the pairing method except that it
waits for a remote pair request instead of initiating the pairing
request itself. Also, add a test method to the test utils.

instead of silently returning null and causing NPE in applications as returning
null is not documented in the javadoc.
Add connection to the connection list in SipCall after dial() succeeds so that
we don't need to clean up if it fails. The original code will cause the failed
connection to continue to live in the SipCall and in next dial() attempt, a new
connection is created and the in-call screen sees two connections in the call
and thus shows conference call UI.
