1f071dd8c3 Deprecate eglCreatePixmapSurface 
This function was never properly supported. It had partial support in our JNI
layer in EGL10 but not implementation in EGL14. It has never been tested and
it is unlikely that drivers support pixmap rendering.

078f538eb2 Launch ephemeral intent 
In MR1, the ephemeral application was launched via the supervisor.
In O, the ephemeral application is installed on the system as a
proper application and runs natively.

3235e0c2ee Additional boot metrics 
Extracted duration measurement functionality into BootTimingTraceLog.
It is now shared between system_server and zygote.

Log the following metrics to tron:
- boot_zygote_init - Time in milliseconds to boot into Zygote init stage.
- boot_android_init - Time in milliseconds to boot into Android init stage.

Test: manual - device boots, metrics are logged to system/event log
