Romain Vimont acddd811bf Rename TARGET to TARGET_DIRNAME ...

This avoids confusion with "$1", which is also documented as "<target>".

If "$1" (the target) is "linux", then TARGET_DIRNAME is
"scrcpy-linux-v3.0".
