Romain Vimont 1bddb80b5f Change volume shortcuts ...

I could not make Ctrl+'+' and Ctrl+'-' work for every keyboard on every
platform.

Instead, use Ctrl+UP and Ctrl+DOWN (like in VLC) to change the volume.
