Fix startActivity() for supporting API < 30

Browse Source 
Call the older startActivityAsUser() instead of
startActivityAsUserWithFeature() so that it also works on older Android
versions.

Fixes #4704 <https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/issues/4704>
