AllocationGetSurface driver implementation change.

 - AllocationGetSurface now returns opaque handle to ANativeWindow*,
 instead of IGraphicBufferProducer*, as IGraphicBufferProducer is not
 part of NDK. So the JNI side need to change accordingly.
