Adam Lesinski a77685fa59 Remove unused methods from AssetManager.cpp ...

A lot of the vendor/locale specific code existed pre-1.0
and was reworked into the current system.

Test: refactoring CL, all code except setLocale() was not being executed.
Test: setLocale() change tested manually
