The unsigned integer overflow sanitizer catches an overflow on Res_GETPACKAGE usages. This is used in a number of places in ResourceTypes.cpp in a number of large functions. For now, lets disable the sanitizer in this source file. Test: Compiles and device boots without runtime errors.
