* More surface view fix.
  - correct event translation on surface view.
  - use compatible window
* removed FLAG_NO_COMPATIBILITY_SCALE. It was my misunderstanding of how SurfaceView works, and this was not necessary.
* Added compatibility related info to package dumpsys
