BufferStateLayer ignores NATIVE_WINDOW_TRANSFORM_INVERSE_DISPLAY flag if its set as part of
the transform.

Fix this by calling Transaction::setTransformToDisplayInverse when calling
ASurfaceTransaction_setGeometry.
