This change enables setting a persistent docked application at compile time such that it will always be on screen. This can be leveraged by an OEM to include their app which can switch between different metadata based views, like the next turn, the currently playing song or any notifications. One pager: go/aae-sysui-o TODO: - Customize the animations. - Recents shows up for a brief moment on the first activity launch, this needs to be fixed.
