...logic for notouch in Configuration

Added new TELEVISION feature.

We now force the configuration to "television" if the TELEVISION
feature is set, and "notouch" if the TOUCHSCREEN feature is not set.

Also cleaned up documentation, deprecated some configurations that
are not used.
