Andrew Solovay 82a38458e6 docs: Moving internationalized versions of multi-window doc ...

For each of the localized languages, moving the multi-window preview
doc to its new location. Not attempting to update the doc for release,
aside from fixing a single image link--that will be left to the
translators.

Also changed the "qv-wrapper"/"qv" divs to "tb-wrapper"/"tv".
