4b3988d159 Cleaning up VectorDrawable 
Use argb evaluation method from animation package, lazily create paint,
set default for stroke line cap and join. Fix scaling to bounds. Fix
drawable in test app.

fba3bad387 Clean up on VectorDrawable. 
Rename the test from DynamicDrawableTest to VectorDrawableTest.
Remove duplicate function calls in the test.
Fix comments in VectorDrawable
