With this we won't try to run validatekeymaps.exe when you run
"USE_MINGW=1 mma".
Also it seems it's too much to run the validation for every mma/mmma.
Validation in just platform build (droidcore) should be enough.

Add access (via ralt combination) of Sami characters
into Danish, Norwegian and Swedish mappings.
Update Finnish mapping by fixing wrong Sami characters,
removing wrong ralt+shift mappings and adding support
with capslock+ralt for capital Sami's.
Remove unnecessary swap of MINUS and SLASH key
mapping in kcm.

Czech: add missing capslock for numbers and shift+ralt
mappings.
Slovak: fix wrong ralt mappings, add missing ralt mappings
and fixed wrong PLUS key character.
US intl: add missing capslock+ralt support.
Swiss French and Swiss German: add missing ralt mapping for key
numbers 4 and 5, and add missing capslock and capslock+
shift for SEMICOLON and APOSTROPHE.

"signatureOrSystem" permissions are no longer available to all apps
residing en the /system partition. Instead, there is a new /system/priv-app
directory, and only apps whose APKs are in that directory are allowed
to use signatureOrSystem permissions without sharing the platform cert.
This will reduce the surface area for possible exploits of system-
bundled applications to try to gain access to permission-guarded
operations.
The ApplicationInfo.FLAG_SYSTEM flag continues to mean what it is
says in the documentation: it indicates that the application apk was
bundled on the /system partition. A new hidden flag FLAG_PRIVILEGED
has been introduced that reflects the actual right to access these
permissions.
At some point the "system" permission category will be
renamed to "privileged".

Changed the English US keymaps to implement a strict US key map
with no additional ALT functions.
Fixed a bug copying the alias in the InputDevice copy constructor.
Added support for end of line comments in KCM and KL files.
Added the German keyboard layout.
Sorted the keys in the keyboard layout files by physical arrangement
to make it easier to maintain them.

Added support for mapping both scan codes and HID usages to
KeyLayoutMap and KeyCharacterMap. Keyboard overlays can
