voice recognition: it is always available
camcorder: "main microphone" doesn't mean anything
communication: there is no requirement for this source
to behave like the default preset.

This patch fixes multiple static analyzer warnings:
frameworks/base/media/mca/filterfw/jni/jni_gl_environment.cpp:66:10:
warning: Potential memory leak
frameworks/base/media/mca/filterfw/jni/jni_native_frame.cpp:38:10:
warning: Potential memory leak
frameworks/base/media/mca/filterfw/jni/jni_native_program.cpp:31:10:
warning: Potential memory leak
frameworks/base/media/mca/filterfw/jni/jni_shader_program.cpp:50:12:
warning: Potential memory leak
frameworks/base/media/mca/filterfw/jni/jni_shader_program.cpp:57:12:
warning: Potential memory leak
frameworks/base/media/mca/filterfw/jni/jni_vertex_frame.cpp:27:10:
warning: Potential memory leak
Note that the changes in jni_gl_frame are purely cosmetic; those aren't
fixing any warnings. I'm happy to back them out if anyone wants.
Bug: None.
Test: All of the static analyzer warnings mentioned above are now gone.

There can be different use cases with the code that imports
headers from audio_effects (each subsequent case is a more
specialized version of the previous one):
1. The code only needs access to general structures
like effect_descriptor_t:
==> include system/audio_effect.h
Example: AudioSystem in libmedia
2. The code that needs access to effect UUID and parameter
enums:
==> include system/audio_effects/effect_foo.h
Examples: media framework effects interfaces, libwilhelm
3. The code that needs to call into HAL:
==> include hardware/audio_effect.h
Examples: libaudiohal (implementation part) and libeffects
4. The code that implements a particular effect:
==> include audio_effects/effect_foo.h
Examples: cts/.../CTSTestEffect.cpp
stuff in hardware/, vendor/

Fix javadoc for stream types to indicate they are only used for
volume, not to identify streams of audio.
Do not reference AudioSystem in SDK doc.
