ebc050f12e Fix TTS for GMT offset 
Add TtsSpans to the GMT offset string so that TalkBack knows to
read it out in a more natural way.

Retain the old keys with string types for compatibility with TV and
wear.

4bf191ca75 Add "FILTER_NOT_HIDE" to filter out the apps. 
The "FILTER_NOT_HIDE" is used to filter out apps that "blacklisted"
by the carrier. So when user insert a specific sim card, these apps
disapper in settings > apps totally unless user enable them.

aaffdd5e79 Changes to strings in wifi for brevity 
Certain strings in wifi were too long. They
have been shortened as well as corrected for
punctuation and capitalization.

5d937fc95f Updated summary logic for wifi 
Wifi summary claimed it would not
reconnect under conditions where it should.
This has been changed to properly say when an
AP will automatically be reconnected to.

Strings for selecting between Off, All and All minus radio to
store logs persistently on the local eMMC device. Strings for

1c9977b762 Rename color transform to color mode and persist the value. 
Also, standardize on a set of possible modes for the displays to
enter and separate the configuration of the color mode from the
configuration of the display mode.
