eccf6c6483 Fix bug 4355588 
With auto inbanding the fifo didn't reserve the correct size.
Caused failure on fifo wrap.

623cb9585e Properly handle script teardown. 
If libbcc optimizes away a global variable, we need to make sure that
RenderScript's ~Context() doesn't attempt to clear away the slot's NULL
pointer that denotes this.
