38781bd2c2 Fix some minor print UX bugs. 
1. The last row of print options was not visible on a phone.

2. The preview page size on a phone in landscape unusably small.

3. Updated the Save to PDF icon.

ee80922c6a Clean up advertise and scan clients upon bluetooth down. 
Fixes b/16528460

This allows Advertiser and Scanner to be reused after bluetooth recycle,
which follows same behavior for BluetoothAdapter.

Also prints manufacturer data array for ScanRecord.

3822882b32 Add trace events to WebView startup. 
Add system trace events for several interesting points during the
loading of the WebView APK so we can measure how much each part
contributes to startup time.
