The *pReplyData argument of the command() function was left unitialized by EffectHandle::command()
when command was EFFECT_CMD_ENABLE, EFFECT_CMD_DISABLE and EFFECT_CMD_SET_PARAM_COMMIT.

- Added setAuxVideoParameters to pass the auxiliary video paramters.
- Also added enableTimeLapse(). The plan is for this function to replace
setTimeLapseParameters() since we never call setTimeLapseParameters() to
disable time lapse.
- removed calling setParameter for setting useStillCameraForTimeLapse from
setTimeLapseParameters as support has been removed from StagefrightRecorder.
This function needs to be removed when we change the API.

Methods in BluetoothTestUtils remain the same as they were in
BluetoothStressTest except for the constructor and close(). The constructor
is derived from setUp() and close() from tearDown().

Some applications want to leave the IME open even though
the WebView is loading a page. Only hide the IME if it
is Active on the WebView or the WebTextView.

The revision number is taken from external/webkit/WEBKIT_MERGE_REVISION and is served to the java code by apache server. To be able to do that, the new alias directive had to be
added to the run_apache2.py script.

SipService: reduce the usage of javax.sdp.*.
Before, if a crash was detected, but the "Force quit" dialog remained on the screen, sending the intent to restart the executor would do nothing. It's fixed now with default
uncaught exception handler. Also, when we catch the uncaught exception, we can restart the executor straight away, without waiting for the time-out.
