ddc288a505 docs: Removing reference to OpenJDK 8 
P0 bug, so I'm going to go ahead and submit the fix, *then* run my
test build (so we don't delay in getting the built version). We should
be able to see if I broke something before we push the fix live.

9b21857dd8 docs: Fixes to N Preview API overview 
Many HTML problems (bad links, non-escaped < and &, unclosed blocks);
fixing the ones I saw. We should give this a more thorough scrubbing.

Also removed spurious link to (non-existent) "Testing with Just in
Time" section.

Screenshots referred to a movie title, needed to remove that ASAP.
Changed one screenshot; removed another, which I didn't think was
all that important.

67c56710cb Changes to N Preview samples page. 
- Removed JobScheduler, for now. Since the major update is coming
  as a followup update, let's save announcing this until its ready,
  for PR purposes.
- Swapped "Notifications" sample for "Active Notifications" and
  "Messaging Service", to reflect actual sample list.

564140873e docs: Fixed links to download N Preview SDK docs 
Docs are now downloaded from the SDK Setup page, not from
downloads.html (which is now just for device images). Updated links
as necessary.
