e1be66cdbc Make sure bottom overscroll feedback takes scrollY into account. 
This fixes an issue where the overscroll feedback was rendering
several pixels above the bottom of the list on a flick.

5513337a4c Webview listen to Scroll event to update the viewport 
In the case of unchanged layout, like replying in email/gmail,
scrolling should cause a viewport calculation update.
Otherwise, the content will be skewed.

Also, rename the mListener to mGlobalLayoutListener to avoid
confusion with added listener.

49ed71db42 Add support for fallback keycodes. 
This change enables the framework to synthesize key events to implement
default behavior when an application does not handle a key.
For example, this change enables numeric keypad keys to perform
their associated special function when numlock is off.

The application is informed that it is processing a fallback keypress
so it can choose to ignore it.

Added a new keycode for switching applications.

Added ALT key deadkeys.

New default key mappings:
- ESC -> BACK
- Meta+ESC -> HOME
- Alt+ESC -> MENU
- Meta+Space -> SEARCH
- Meta+Tab -> APP_SWITCH

Fixed some comments.
Fixed some tests.

Instead of going past the left and right sides, the glow now
stretches just to the width of the edge and stops.
For horizontalscrollview, instead of going past the top and bottom,
now stretches just to the height and stops.

72df4ea830 Remove Type X Tags from the top-level API. 
Also added an extra to carry the ndef message, so we can have it in multiple
Ndef instances without doing an active read.

f48e83b328 Fix for Blink in TextView. 
The callback is removed when the window is detached. Prevents weak references to
the TextView from being kept.

No longer created for non editable texts (!).

Hiding the cursor handle when cursor is hidden.
