5df17af2a9 docs: Restoring deleted play-services/id.jd file 
Apparently this content shouldn't have been removed in the big
refactoring. Restoring the page here for now, though presumably it
ought to move to devsite?

41acef5169 docs: Fixed MIPS ABI links, improved link wording. 
Ensured that "MIPS32 Architecture" and "MIPS64 Architecture" links
send readers to the correct pages within Imagination's documentation.
Also improved wording of sentences containing these links to make
this section more friendly for screen readers.

2b903d08f0 update all hardcoded zippy images to use new Material icon (down-facing instead of right-facing) 
this is tied to I33a4ef90359838c02def90beb486e5a2dc21cbf7 which updates the script in kind.

cbcd99d093 docs: Removed misleading sync adapter section. 
Removed section "Run the Sync Adapter After a Network Message," as
several members of DevRel believe that the explanation and code
sample were too misleading. Also removed related TOC entry and
"dictionary entry" (within the user-friendly list of options for sync
adapters) at the end of the introductory section for this topic.

4a0f5c88d6 docs: Added curly brace in sample code method opening.

0ab19aa47c docs: PIP-related fix to N preview API overview doc 
In api-overview, we removed the short section describing PIP
(because it's already mentioned in the multi-window section).
However, we still refer to it in the multi-window section by
saying "See below for more information". This CL just removes
that statement.
