2916f658c9 Sometimes historical printers not properly ordered. 
We order printers based on past usage. In some cases the ordering
does not work. The reason for that was an incorrect assumption that
the entries in an ArrayMap are ordered in the order they are added.

45e50e99cd Set copies to one when saving to PDF. 
One can save only one copy to PDF. Showing more that one copy when saving
to PDF enven in a disabled input box is confusing to the user. We now set
the copies to one when the PDF printer is selected.

4da84cd565 SysUI/NoMan: Log clicks on notification buttons 
Introduce notification_action_click logtag that is logged whenever
the user clicks any notification button. For standard templates, we
also log the index of the pressed action button.

04e6827ace Fix settings db update sequence

7e9c21547a Grant the shell user a permission to let apps host widgets. 
An app can host widgets only if it has a special signature premission
or the user allowed this app to be able to bind to widgets. This change
grants the permission to whitelist an app to bind to app widgets to the
shell user. Now a test can have a host that will have some widgets. Note
that this is different from whitelisting corp widgets.
