- Merge <size> and <viewport> attributes all in to top-level <vector> tag
- Indent attributes under <group> in java doc.
- Updata android:stroke to be android:strokeColor, likewise android:fill
- Instead of android:clipToPath, make this a different clip-path tag.
- Document units of the various attributes
- Add example code for defining a VectorDrawable resource
More than that:
= Refactor the code to better support clipPath as a sub-class.
= Update all the xml files to use the new attributes and clip-path tag.

If the safe media warning is enabled, make sure
we display it from the new inline slider preference in
Settings (without showing the volume dialog itself).
Also:
- Update the warning dialog to the new sysui theme.
- Separate the warning sentences with an additional line.
- Fix the auto-dismiss timeout.
- Add a system property to additionally enable the safe
media warning for testing
- Add more information to audio service dumpsys.

ActivityManager restarts the trust agent service for us
when it gets killed automatically. This does not apply
when its process crashes too often or when its package
gets updated however.
To catch the update case, the trust agent connection
is removed as soon as the package disappears, and then
readded when the new package appears.
To catch the repeated crashing case, the connection is
reset if it hasn't successfully connected for several minutes.
Also adds a button to SampleTrustAgent to simulate a crash.

When longpressing a notification, instead of popping up a
menu we now replace the notification's view with an
inspector showing the app name and icon inline, along with a
proper app info button.

When printing to a PDF file we get a Uri from the storage APIs
and write the content. Once the file is written to storage the
print job is completed and there is print service involved. Th
spooler was wrongly putting the job in a failed state instead
of a complete state.

PDF is the only format suppored for printing but a buggy app
can write content in another format which was crashing the
print spooler. Now we are generating an error instead of
crashing.

Testing the app widget APIs requires binding of widgets which is guarded
by a system signature permission or white listing. Since CTS tests can
not be signed with the platform certificate, they should be able to
temporariliy white list their package. This command adds the ability to
grant and revoke the provilege to bind app widgets to a given package.

WindowManager will set secure flag on SurfaceControl for
all windows of a flagged user to prevent screen capture.
API is consistent with the camera disable API.
