* commit 'b5f2dfbc221d3dc799232e0ada3b6621d3d4d597':
By default ICS allows two syncs to run in parallel. Make it only do one at a time for devices that don't have much RAM as defined by the call ActivityManager.isLargeRAM()
Both animations and drawing need to march to the beat of
the same drum, but the animation system doesn't know
abgout the view system and vice-versa so neither one
can drive the other.
We introduce the Choreographer as a drummer to keep
everyone in time and ensure a magnificent performance.
This patch enabled VSync based animations and drawing by
default. Two system properties are provided for testing
purposes to control the behavior.
"debug.choreographer.vsync": Enables vsync based animation
timing. Defaults to true. When false, animations are
timed by posting delayed messages to a message queue in
the same way they used to be before this patch.
"debug.choreographer.animdraw": Enables the use of the animation
timer to drive drawing such that drawing is synchronized with
animations (in other words, with vsync or the timing loop).
Defaults to true. When false, layout traversals and drawing
are posted to the message queue for execution without any delay or
synchronization in the same way they used to be before this patch.
Stubbed out part of the layoutlib animation code because it
depends on the old timing loop (opened bug 5712395)

By default we do not speak passwords if the user has no headset. However,
many users find this too restrictive and would like a way to enable
password announcement. While we cannot speak the passwords all the time
,to avoid leaking them, we expose a preference so each user can choose
the option that best works for him/her.

The current logic does not check the I-frame at zeroeth position and therefore
for the files with only 1 I-Frame at zeroeth postion does not play.

Do not merge to master branch since we made some improvement to SampleTable.cpp in the master branch.

The KeyBoardView shown by the lock screen is not marked as clickable even
though it handles clicks. TalkBack uses the clickability as a clue of what
to speak.

Currently, the contents of the FrameBuffer are sent by encoding
them as the last argument to the function call. As a result, it is
not possible to know if a message has the framebuffer encoded in it
without looking at the function type.
This patch modifies the protobuf definition to include a separate
optional framebuffer message.

Bug #5706056
A newly introduced optimization relied on the display list renderer
to properly measure text to perform fast clipping. The paint used
to measure text needs to have AA and glyph id encoding set to return
the correct results. Unfortunately these properties were set by
the GL renderer and not by the display list renderer. This change
simply sets the properties in the display list renderer instead.
This change also improves the error message printed out when the
application attempts to use a bitmap larger than the max texture
size.
