2a29b3ad13 Debugging code for #6169553: Make Phone launch faster 
The activity manager now has a tick when launching an app every
500ms, where it collects the current stack traces of the app if
it hasn't finished launching.  These traces are included as part
of dumpstate.

This is only done on non-user builds.

e6aa25bb8e Add empty libmedia_native in old location 
Submitting this first, in the old location, will allow early testing of
the build for all the dependent projects.  Then those projects will not
need to be updated atomically when libmedia_native is moved.

d4726a830d Add a new API on DRM Framework for streaming 
In case of DRM streaming, decrypt session can start just after
receiving the header, and it doesn't need to wait for the entire
content. However, current API of DRM framework only accepts file
handle or URI. With this new API, DRM session can start
without waiting for the entire content.

Changes are made by SEMC and Sony.

f4ae6aabbc Allow CDMA on LTE devices to get data connections even if otasp is needed. 
Bearer Independent Protocol (BIP) connections as defined in
ETSI TS 102 223 "Smart Cards; Card Application Toolkit (CAT) (Release 11)"
need to be able to establish data connections even when not provisioned.
This can occur when trying to provision on via and EVDO network.

f4e7ff9e5a stagefright aacenc: Add parentheses in expression with mixed && and || 
This doesn't maintain the exact behaviour, but seems closer to
what the original author probably intended.

This avoids a warning.

c742c9fedb Avoiding horizontal keypad navigation trapping within gallery. 
Non touchscreen devices such as Google TV require the keypad
navigation to properly move the focus among widgets.

The Gallery is misshandling the keypress event and avoiding
the focus from going to other widgets on it's sides upon
keypress even after the user has reached it's first and
last items.
