a59ac9cd64 Preserve window during resize triggered relaunches. 
This changes application code behavior when the activity relaunches due
to configuration change. It only applies to scenarios, where the
configuration change was triggered by a user generated resize of an
activity (i.e. user drags a corner of an activity and thus changes its
size).

Preserving a window means that we will keep the decor view and non
client decor view around, but remove all children views when the
activity gets destroyed. When the activity gets created again, it will
attach its new content to the preserved view hierarchy. Mind, we
actually recreate application side Window object, since some of its
features might changed, but we retain its elevation (to not trigger
relayout with new layout params).

Preserving the window also means that we don't call the window manager
service to remove and later add the window. Instead, we continue using a
single window state throughout the resize operation.

58b684f1cd [split system] Tentatively support running DO on meat user 
- setDeviceOwner() now takes a user ID.  (We can infer it from Binder, but
we still need it for the dpm command.)

- Change broadcast target UID for DO to the DO user

- Start the DO user on boot complete.
TODO Investigate whether this is actually the good timing.

TODO Prevent the DO user from being killed

2a5c3e59c8 pm: translate incoming user id for installation 
Currently the pm install commands will not take virtual user id like
-2.  Adding this feature will make it easier to install packages in a
multi-user environment.

56f0ff3c48 Make "Ask every time" actually work that way 
..in link-opening behavior.  If a candidate is marked as "ask
every time," then the user is guaranteed to get a disambiguation
prompt including that candidate even when some other candidate
app is in the "always prefer this over a browser" state.

7a09b8322c Allow debugging only for apps forked from zygote 
When starting the runtime from app_process, we only pass JDWP options
if starting zygote. It prevents from opening a JDWP connection in
non-zygote programs while Android apps (forked from zygote) remain
debuggable.

ddc1cb2c15 Added support for static vs. dynamic stacks 
Now that stacks represent workspaces we can define static
stacks which help shape the characteristics of the tasks
they contain. For example, fullscreen tasks/activities will
normally be launched in the stack with id
FULLSCREEN_WORKSPACE_STACK_ID, while freeform tasks/activities
will normally be launched in the stack with id
FREEFORM_WORKSPACE_STACK_ID.

Also, added ability to position a task at any index in a stack.

705ffd1efe Distinguish user-requested shutdown from power-related ones 
With this patch, when the user requested shutdown,
PowerManagerService sets sys.powerctl is set to
"shutdown,userrequested", and init runs fsck on shutdown.

When shutdown is triggered due to a low power state etc.,
the service sets the property to "shutdown,", and init
immediately shuts down the system without running the
command.

This is a follow-up CL for http://r.android.com/158525.

Phone accounts with SIM_SUBSCRIPTION capabiltiy needs system permission.
Hence adding a command to add sunc phone accounts for CTS testing of
remote connections.
