3a82acdbf6 Change WebView.zoomBy return type to void. 
It turns out that the semantics of the return value are confusing
and so we decided to not return a result from this method at all.
The developer can call canZoomIn/canZoomOut to determine whether
the WebView is at the zoom limit, so there is no loss of
functionality.

eb0a8d5621 Add a way to fetch the current connection manager 
Apps should have this API so they know if they're the default or not,
so that they can determine whether to send the user to the settings
page in order to enable the app.

8ab940ab9b Add extra to ASSIST intent to indicate potential input type 
This lets Now and other assistance apps know to start up expecting a
specific type of input (e.g.  keyboard).

ba9bf41a77 Fix AM/PM text i18n and clean up keyboard support in time picker 
Also updates date picker to use drawable for the header background to
match the implementation in time picker. The time picker background
now supports showing a focused state ripple.

0d0f67f5ee Update VolumeProvider apis per feedback 
Added currentVolume to constructor.
Removed onGetCurrentVolume and notifyVolume changed.
Added setCurrentVolume and getCurrentVolume.
Updated javadoc to make it clear how they're used.
