070a0b61cd Set a dark theme for SystemUI. 
The default theme for the platform has changed to a
light variant. This puts SystemUI back in the dark.

1685e634fb Further improved NotificationStackScroller 
The top card is now collapsed during the pulldown of
the notification shade and expanded during the transition.
The scrollstate is also reset once the shade is closed.

d4a57440ca Limit notifications on lockscreen to a maximum 4. 
All the other notifications are going to be collapsed in a "n more"
card.

3bc62f724b Allow returning from quick settings on lockscreen 
Turns out having to switch off the device to get back to notifications
is annoying.

251957d76e Double tap interaction for notifications on lockscreen. 
This change also uses a different background for notifications on the
lockscreen and moves the background drawable from the templates to
SystemUI.

91c39ef7f2 QuickSettings was inaccessible sometimes with empty shade. 
Fixed access to QuickSettings, when the shade was not full.
