f5b74f981f Catch creation of NetworkRequest without NetCap 
Using reflection you could do this and it would crash the system.

588e117cce This is no longer needed for factory ROM and since it changes behavior - reverting. Also causes NPE crash. 
Revert "NumberPicker not announcing current selection."

ba9bf41a77 Fix AM/PM text i18n and clean up keyboard support in time picker 
Also updates date picker to use drawable for the header background to
match the implementation in time picker. The time picker background
now supports showing a focused state ripple.

ea4ecd6241 Fix a regression in SearchView focusability 
A bit of code was removed that re-read the View style attributes
during SearchView construction to extract the focusable attribute, but
with a different default value if it was entirely missing. Restore it,
and lump re-reading the focusable attribute in with SearchView's
styleable filter array instead of using the giant View one for a
second time during inflation.

f0c758be0d Update accessibility focused virtual view bounds. 
We keep track of the accessibility focused virtual view in order to
draw the accessibility focus highlight. We were not updating this
virtual view when the view tree changes in a way that may affect
the virtial view's bounds in the screen.

8e1e84847e Ensure there's a valid handler when registering a sessions listener 
Some legacy apps register a RemoteController on a thread without a
looper. This ensures a handler with a looper is used when it registers
the sessions listener.

e2478d45cc Fix some wrong-thread issues around animator management 
Bug: 17372309

 Fixes a case where UI thread and RT thread both used the same method
 which wasn't safe for either of them.

 Adds additional assertions & logging in unusual circumstances to
 try and track down where the issue is occuring from.

- WAR to ensure setMeteringAreas and setFocusAreas is never called
  if the max areas is 0.
- Fix AF handling for when there are no AF modes that support
  Camera#autoFocus being called.
