Until telecomm code moves into a system service, we need a way for
other apps to call into it for call-related functionality.
Initial implementation only has silenceRinger.
This is to be implemented by the telecomm code and used by
TelephonyManager (until we have a TelecommManager).

DocumentsProviders can mark documents as supporting rename, and they
have the opportunity to change the DOCUMENT_ID as a side effect of
the rename. This supports providers that embed the display name
into DOCUMENT_ID. Issues a URI permission grant to the new document,
if any.
Adds renaming support to platform ExternalStorageProvider. Also
adds directory deletion support.

This is implemented by calling through to netd_client.
Included are functions to bind-to-network-for-process strictly for DNS to
facilitate startUsingNetworkFeature() reimplementation.

Since the header view's manual clipping is a function
of its width, we need to update it whenever the width
changes.
onConfigurationChanged is too early, so wait until the width
actually changes before updating the clip.

This is an alternate to the submitted API which doesn't use the new
AudioAttributes class and just takes the AudioManager.STREAM instead.

Updates button drawable and colors, cleans up Quantum styles, updates
highlight attribute name and color, fixes popup backgrounds.
Also fixes GradientDrawable opacity check.

This adds RemoteVolumeProviders which handle volume change
events and a way to switch a session between local stream
playback and remote playback handling.
This also adds a way for an app to specify the PendingIntent
to launch when we want to show their ongoing playback UI.
