a53bbe4033 Remove DateException and obsolete DateUtils functions. 
These functions are deprecated and no longer used.

188a70e957 Generate a calendar static Java library. 
This contains the calendar contract and pim functions for use by the
sync adapter.  This library is a duplicate of the functions in the
framework.
