4172d95a67 Add new Calendar APIs to fw 
b/5317399 b/5309787 b/5207781 b/5347210 Adds apis for a color
table to support future migrations. Adds allowedAttendeeTypes
and allowedAvailabilities for exchange/gsync support. Adds
type_resource for attendees and tentative availability. Documents
that eventTimezone is required for creating an event.

563fd3ae1b Widen permissions on synthesized files. 
When synthesized files are written to app private data dirs,
they are written with owner/grp set to the TTS engine and
are inaccessible by the app itself. This is a reported regression
from gingerbread behaviour. Note that the dir in which the
engine writes files is itself already world writable.

6e8db88b4b Fix race condition in status bar init code. 
There was a hole between the initial call to get the display
metrics and the attachment of the status bar to its window,
meaning there was an opportunity for the orientation to
change without the status bar's orientation change handler
being called. In this scenario the notification panel would
be sized for the wrong orientation until the configuration
changed again in some way.

57e0855456 Add Lohit-Tamil.ttf and Lohit-Bengali.ttf to Fallback list 
Bug: 5370370

Lohit-Tamil.ttf and Lohit-Bengali.ttf were added to the system
image in CL 4baaa05f0383bee670a0bebc177b94a1c119eab7 but did not
get added to the fallback_fonts.xml file, so skia will never find
these fonts.  This CL will not increase the sysetm image size, it
will simply let Skia find these fonts.
