Note that WRITE_OWNER_DATA and READ_OWNER_DATA don't actually appear
to be associated with anything or used by anyone, so they are just
deleted.
Also deprecate the activity API to go in the foreground. I didn't
realize that was released in the SDK. It needs to go away.

Finally.
This also fixes that little 1px gap that would occasionally
show through to the carbon fiber background (changed to
steel cord for now) between the last notification and the
windowshade's handlebar. It still gaps a little while you're
dragging, due to the asynchronous motion of the various
windows involved, but when the panel is still you shouldn't
see any background. (Man, that drove me crazy.)

need to be themable/styleable. Overscroll effect should take place
even when the user did not grab the widget within actual content.

Back key exit selection mode. No more "Stop selecting text" in second context menu.
A tap on one of the handles also triggers the second context menu.
Paste is only available on long press in first menu for empty text fields.

This re-enables thumbnail generation code in the framework
with a few improvements.
In addition to enabling the system to capture thumbnails,
it removes padding from the borders to account for space
overlapped by system widgets (status bar, etc.). Thus,
the contents of the bitmap are only those pixels unique to
the activity.
It also maximizes resolution of the bitmap by capturing the
image in the application's current orientation. In landscape
mode, it captures a bitmap with dimensions w x h. In portrait,
it captures a bitmap with dimensions h x w. Where w and h are
thumbnail_width and thumbnail_height as defined in dimens.xml.
Though enabled, the change is not currently used in this
branch. The work is being checked in here to avoid
complicated downstream merges.

(And since the changed deprecation state is a public API change, I needed
to do "make update-api" as well.)

Status bar icons really belong to specific apps (not the framework), so the
various stat_sys_phone_call* and stat_sys_vp_phone_call* icons should have
never been part of the framework in the first place.
As of change https://android-git.corp.google.com/g/56881 the phone app now has
its own copies of all these icons, so it's now safe to remove the non-public
ones(*) from frameworks/base.
(*) Unfortunately a few of these icons were accidentally added to public.xml
at some point, so we'll never be able to get rid of those ones.
This change only removes the private resources.

the AID_USB group.

No longer a window bit, FLAG_IMMERSIVE is now set on
ActivityInfo.flags and in the Activity's manifest as
android:immersive="true" (ActivityInfo).
[An "immersive" activity is one that wishes to avoid being
paused by full-screen notifications (like an incoming call).
An activity that sets FLAG_IMMERSIVE/android:immersive is
sending a signal to the notification manager, status bar,
etc. that they should try to find some other way to get the
user's attention in high-priority situations.]

This is a new public API for developers to opt-in to strict rules
about what they're allowed to do on certain threads. (this is the
public face of the @hide dalvik.system.BlockGuard, added recently...)
In practice this will be used for developers to opt-in to declaring
that they don't want to be allowed to do various operations (such as
disk I/O or network operations) on their main UI threads. (these
operations are often accidental, or even when they are fast come with
a good chance of being slow or very slow in some cases....)
Implementation wise, this is just a thread-local integer that has a
bitmask of the things that aren't allowed, and more bits for saying
what the violation penalty is. The penalties, of which multiple can
be chosen, include:
* logging
* dropbox uploading for analysis/reporting
* annoying dialog
* full-on crashing
These are all only very roughly implemented at this point, but all
parts now minimally work end-to-end now, so this is a good checkpoint
commit before this gets too large.
Future CLs will polish all the above 4 penalties, including
checksumming of stacktraces and minimizing penalties for duplicate
violations.

Rather than come out of the user-modifiable APN DB, the DUN APN data will
come first from a built-in resource and then potentially overriden by a secure
setting (which is gservices upgradable).
Also made the "require-dun" setting secure-setting overridable.
