0aa39dc2dc Ignore inPurgeable and inInputShareable. 
These are discouraged anyway, due to the fact that using them may
result in decoding on the UI thread. Now that they are ignored, the
images will still be decoded; they just will never have their
memory purged, meaning there could be a RAM penalty. This is
acceptable, since apps are encouraged to instead use inBitmap to
manage bitmap memory.

This incidentally fixes BUG:15390468 by converting purgeable index8
(e.g. gif) images to non purgeable.

2af745b56c Handle the alpha in the group setting and fix the fill issue. 
The fill used to be dafault as "none".
Now it is default to opaque black, which is consistent with svg now.
So it is better to always set the fill value.

3742ec394f Adding user consent extras to DevicePolicyManager. 
Adding ACTION_PROVISIONING_USER_HAS_CONSENTED and EXTRA_PROVISIONING_TOKEN to DevicePolicyManager.
They can be used to tell ManagedProvisioning to skip user consent.

8dd95e03f8 Animate unlock icon while unlocking. 
When the user reaches the threshold such that the gesture is accepted
as an unlock, the icon scales a bit and gets fully opaque. When the
user flings, it gets even larger and fades out.

18ea893a23 Ensure trust agents are only provided by platform packages 
Prevents the TrustManagerService from binding to any non-platform
trust agents and updates the SampleTrustAgent to use the new
permission.

93a2bb2063 Improve hint animations. 
Show the hint text longer so that users have enough time to read it,
also "highlight" the corresponding icon by making it fully opaque
during the gesture.
