The wakeup alarms for doze-light-maintenance steps are causing battery drain in idle state. In terms of idle state battery optimization, Doze light maintenance step alarms can be changed to non-wakeup alarms as verified it is not critical as well as there is no user impact during our tests over a 50 days of Samsung's internal testing including User Trial.
Once it's changed to a non-wakeup alarm, the time gap between maintenance can be increased. But from our real test data, the gap has not increased as much as we worried, so doze-maintenance is working well.

Set the default ClassLoader for the readSerializable(ClassLoader,
Class) API, when the ClassLoader parameter is null.
Doing so could enhance the security of Parcel deserialization,
as it would prevent resolving the Serializable class using unexpected
ClassLoaders.

Currently, this just redirects to the existing Intent resolution APIs to
find the first carrier privileged package that declares a CarrierService
implementation for the specified SIM.
Follow-up work will make this a proper API that reaches all the way down
to CarrierPrivilegesTracker, which is slated to become the source of
truth for all carrier privilege related checks. Doing so will also
provide a free caching layer for this API, which should result in
appreciable performance increases.

Fix AppZygote process and its children (the actual service processes)
ignoring android:memtagMode attribute in the app manifest.
When starting a new AppZygote process, apply memtag-related flags as
determined by the app manifest (and modified by compat features and
actual h/w capabilities). If this is not done, MTE is always disabled in
an AppZygote process, which makes it impossible to enable it in the
AppZygote's children.
This change has no effect unless MTE is supported in the hardware
(ARMv9) and enabled in the system.
