Small updates to Scoped Directory Access preview docs, which include
the ability to ask for full volume access on secondary volumes,
and the "Don't ask again" checkbox in the UI for repeated access
requests.
Also, adding Scoped Directory Access to preview docs TOC.
I also updated preview/_book.yaml, even though I don't think
it is being used yet, to ensure it stays in synch with this TOC
change.

TV Recording API is available in N Preview, however the Google
Live Channels app is still being updated to add UI for recording.
Until the Live Channels app has been updated, devs won't be able
to test the full user experience for recording. We're adding a
note to let devs know.

Per bug, devs were confused about behavior of activities in a
task stack. Added a note to clarify that MW settings in the root
activity apply to all activities in stack.

Make the docs reflect changes in private file access permissions.
Starting with API level 24 app private files are exclusively accessible
to the owning app. Files can no longer be shared by name because apps
cannot relax the files system permissions.

The first paragraph under the "Android for Work" section on the
"Android N for Developers" page now includes a link to the "Android

In api-overview, we removed the short section describing PIP
(because it's already mentioned in the multi-window section).
However, we still refer to it in the multi-window section by
saying "See below for more information". This CL just removes
that statement.
