Make sure we have a native Surface in nContextSetSurface.

I was seeing a problem running RenderScript in the system process
because mNativeSurface was null. This works around the problem
by forcing the native surface to be created when we set the surface.

native surface. use a macro instead. Also rename the field to mNativeSurface.

Element restructuring. Add support for new basic Element types including the RS objects and vectors(2-4). In theory this paves the way for maintaining type info for RS objects, passing elements for GLSL uiforms/attribs/varyings, and supporting nested structures.

This will break some apps, checkings for other projects will follow to unbreak them.

Implement data push from scripts. Fixes the problem where apps would have to poll to monitor a scripts state.

Fix bug in StoreState where state could be overridden by the default unless the script used more than one state.
Change only impacts renderscript and renderscript apps.
