31864d76a3 Fix range on blur intrinsic. 
The intrinsic fails when the radius was 0. A blur
of radius 0 is a nop and should be disallowed. Fix the
test to allow sub-pixel radius to be selected.

1e3b98d47d New internal API to eliminate poke locks. 
Added a new WindowManager.LayoutParams inputFeatures flag
to disable automatic user activity behavior when an input
event is sent to a window.

Added a new WindowManager.LayoutParams field userActivityTimeout.

1ebb7202b6 Lighten grain and make live preview gpu friendly. 
Preview now does yuv->rgb using the intrinsic
script. Grain uses a smaller wrapped rand buffer
so it is not just rand test.

11cf178100 Cleanup internal status bar APIs. 
IStatusBarService.collapseQuickSettings is gone;
collapseNotifications is now collapsePanels, which does what
collapse() used to do. Similarly,
IStatusBar.animateCollapseQuickSettings is now simply
IStatusBar.animateCollapse().

e20a177d3f Adding a global accessibility action to open quick settings. 
1. Added APIs for opening the quick settings to the StatusBarManagerService
   and the local StatausBarManager. The new APIs are protected by the old
   EXPAND_STATUS_BAR permission.
   Renamed the expand* and collapse* non-public APIs that are expanding
   the notifications to expandNotifications* collapseNotifications* to
   better convey what they do given that this change adds
   expandQuickSettings* and collapseQuickSettings*.
   Added a global action to the accessibility layer to expand the quick
   settings which is calling into the new status bar manager APIs.

7b75781845 Bug #6110465. Optical bounds support for all ViewGroup subclasses. 
This CL generalizes the optical bounds support previously contained in the
GridLayout implementation and then incorporates the new form directly into
the base View and ViewGroup implementations. After this change, GridLayout is
returned to an 'optical bounds' unaware state, and all layouts (including non-platform
ones) inherit the ability to perform their layout operation by optical (rather than clip)
bounds using their existing implementations.

The "layoutMode" property of ViewGroup and its associated constants are
made public in this CL.
