44bc17c6b5 Rework display size access. 
Applications now get the display size from the window manager.  No
behavior should be changed yet, this is just prep for some real
changes.

847cf342c9 Pool strings in JsonReader. 
This yields a 10% improvement in parsing both Twitter and Google Reader
streams.

5b0200bd47 Enable anti-aliasing for hw-accelerated lines 
Draw anti-aliased lines with OpenGL by constructing a quad with
a border that fades out (to mimic fragment coverage).

aef35dde4d Increment database version to 65 
The onUpgrade path was upgrading the database version to 65, but the
current version was marked as 64. That led to the database being
upgraded to 65 and then wiped because it didn't match 64.

This was introduced in HC change 54d068ec6af0ee6d261a135400efe6816c6f5ffe

e193fd1434 Extracted WordIterator class. 
This class will be used by TextView and the IMEs to cut the
text into words.

New getBeginning and getEnd methods that return word limits.

Added Locale to constructor.
