cf1a2f73fc Switch everything to scheduled jobs 
Everything that used the IdleMaintenance APIs/broadcasts gets to use the
spiffy new JobScheduler instead.  Hooray!

On top of that, the now-obsolete "idle maintenance" APIs are now gone
entirely.  Double hooray!

e8b1aeb51e Add two new display info fields 
This adds SurfaceFlinger's app VSYNC offset and buffer deadline
values to DisplayInfo.  The values will be available to apps
through queries on a Display object (currently hidden).

1fbaca86b7 Added startWithoutUi() call to Face Unlock AIDL interface. 
This is being done in support of preview-less Face Unlock (b/14433919).  Nothing
is calling this function yet, but it will be called from a trustlet to tell Face
Unlock to authenticate in the background.

If this is committed before the corresponding Face Unlock change, Face Unlock
will not build because it would not be implementing this function, and it must
implement all functions in the interface in order to build.

dc952584e3 Print a warning message instead of throwing IllegalStateException 
In TvInputManager.java, when postSessionReleased() is called but
onSessionReleased() is not called yet, mToken is null, and it's not
an illegal state.

3ecdd832c7 Fix missing iteration policy on device discover action 
Device polling requires both pick policy and pick iteration policy,
however, device discovery action has no iteration policy.
Along with fix, move send result and pick policy constants
to HdmiConstants package

96f4e595ba Only movedex() when working with apps-on-SD. 
Partial revert of earlier change that tried doing movedex() during
a package upgrade.  Verified that the normal package upgrade path
already wipes old code as part of InstallArgs.cleanUpResourcesLI().

If optional extra EXTRA_SPEAKERPHONE_ON is added
to an ACTION_DIAL intent, the speakerphone will turn
on automatically once the call is connected.

Wait for shared element destinations to be complete
before sending it to the calling activity.

Don't allow layout between setting final destination
and the transition values capture.

Use snapshots to hold the final position while waiting
for the called Activity to take the shared element.

Fixed problem with exiting views sometimes disappearing
when exiting.
