18b1e79a12 Bluetooth API: Do not allow apps to programmatically make BT discoverable. 
Instead add ACTION_REQUEST_DISCOVERABLE for the system to show a dialog to
adjust discoverable mode.

Also remove createBond(), removeBond() and cancelBondProcess(). The Settings
App already handles these automatically when connections require bonding.

f18c539344 set the selection after sending a click 
Webkit expects the currently focused text input to have
a set selection before it can receive key events for insertion.

Coincidentally, we always set the selection except when
using the 'next' button on the IME to switch between text fields.

The selection has to be set after the text field receives
focus, so add a setSelection() message after the click() message
is sent in passToJavaScript().

Also fix a bug in calcOutContentVisibleRect. We need to
adjust visibleTitleHeight for the top, but we should not
do it for the bottom. Otherwise, WebKit will have the
wrong visible rect and it will think the part right under
the bottom of the screen are visible.

6cec6e168b Subject issue in MMS message 
Open a draft MMS message having some subject, some text and any attachment.
Remove the written subject and again save it as draft.  In the messaging
main screen, can still see previously entered subject.

5be61f5b3a Make removeOnAccountsUpdateListener cope with null handlers. 
Previously, if callers registered OnAccountsUpdateListeners with a null handler,
removeOnAccountsUpdateListener would fail attempting to remove the listener.

ffa424800d Fix issue #2133206: dialogs/menus should auto-dismiss when screen turns off 
Lot of infrastructure for more things to go away when "clear system dialogs"
happens, and now do this when we turn on the lock screen.

de26b54bb6 Make ContactStruct explicitly set RawContacts.ACCOUNT_NAME and RawContacts.ACCOUNT_TYPE to null. 
Contacts app's EditContactActivity now explicitly set those to null, so I thought vCard importer
also shold do so.

Internal issue number: 2141766

TODO:
Contacts app's side should be also modified to completely fix the issue above.
